We can create our own reality. We create our reality by focusing our attention on the present and envisioning the things that are going to come around us in the future.

The focus is the present, not the future. The focus is what we are thinking about right this second. In fact, we often focus on the future and imagining what we will be doing in the future.

The future is a dream state, and the past is a memory state. We can’t change the past. The future is completely different than the present because it has no past. This is why our thoughts in the future are going to be so much more vivid.

We think in the future because we feel it. We think in the future based on our past experiences. In a few days we’re going to go back to the past and we’ll see that the future is a dream, but in the past we can’t change the past. We can only change the future. We can only change the future in the same way that we change the present. We can only change the future by imagining what we will do in the future.

This is the whole point of self-awareness, or meta-cognition. Self-awareness means we know we are aware of our own habits, routines, impulses and reactions. If we don’t know what we are doing, we can’t control our own behavior. As a result, we’re stuck. When we’re on autopilot, we don’t even realize we’re on autopilot. The only way to get our attention back is to make a conscious decision to change our behavior.

We arent on autopilot because we are not aware of our own behavior. We are on autopilot because we are unaware of our own behavior. And if we are unaware of our own behavior, how are we gonna make a conscious decision to change our habits, routines, impulses and reactions? We cant, its not in our nature. It seems to me to be a matter of choosing to change our behavior.

I think it is because people don’t want to change, they just want things to stop moving. It is not in the nature of people to change. It seems to me to be a matter of choosing to change our behavior.

I see the same problem in the way we are taught to think about our own mental health. We learn to think of our mind as a “wheel”, with all our habits and routines being one wheel. Our mind seems to be an “automobile” that we are constantly driving and operating like a robot, but we are not conscious of the fact. And even if we stop driving the wheel and realize that we are driving, we will still be on autopilot.

There are no bad habits, only bad routines. There are many good habits.

We know that our mind is a wheel that is constantly turning, but we don’t know how long that will last. Most of us are in the wrong position. Most of the time, we are in the “habit loop” which is where the wheel is constantly turning, but we are not aware of it because we are on autopilot. You can tell a habit loop from a loop without autopilot because the autopilot part is not there.
