This is a method I use to get the oxidation numbers of most of my food. I have a system for myself that I call “So2 Oxidation,” in which I take a sample of each food item, and then perform the so2 test. This gives me a quick, easy, and accurate way of figuring out the oxidation level of the food. I’ve just begun to post the results of this test on my blog.

I have a feeling the number might be a little higher than that.
